We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to perform general movements and reading commands as if you were interacting with your Amazon Alexa. When participating in the study you can expect to do motions like:

• waving with your left hand

• walking across the room

• slowly turning your head in a circle

• pretending to have a video call with a friend

• sitting in a chair

• dancing for 30 seconds

• giving the voice command to “turn the volume up”

• other similar silly motions and phrases

Your actions will be in front of a technology device while being recorded. The data collected is solely for the purpose of development and software engineering and will not be used for any other purpose.

When you are actively testing devices, you may be asked to remove your mask, as they interfere with the purpose of the study.

We do require that all our participants be fully vaccinated or have a negative covid test taken within 48 hrs of study.

Our studies take place at various venues throughout the bay area and may change from day to day or week to week - as the project requires. These venues include our Studio located in the Dogpatch of San Francisco, and Airbnb’s located in residential areas. A specific time and location will be provided during the sign-up process.

The tech devices are meant for in home use. Your study may take place at an Airbnb rented by our company, in order to test the products in an organic environment.

We do not accept walk-in appointments but encourage you to sign up using the Sign Up button found on this page if you are interested in participating.
